Biannual Association Dues

Please ensure you pay your dues on time to avoid late fees.  

Having an account balance suspends your voting privilege.  

You may want to consider setting up an autopay through you bank.

Annual Inspections

  are home-to-home property inspections conducted each Spring,

but the violation process is active throughout the year.

The program retains visual appeal of the neighborhood

maintaining property values.

Dawson Landing Site Member Requests

Clarification:  There is no additional benefit to "site membership". 

Everything there is to see is available without being a site member. 

Only board members are extended membership at this time, and that is to administer sections of the website. 

It is encouraging though, that so many are interested!
